Because we are a family-run business, someone is always here. We consider ourselves available 24/7 . However, our general hours are 7am-6pm, Mon-Friday. Drop off and pickup times are 7-9 am and 4-6pm. On Saturday and Sunday, we perfer by appointment, though we are always here. This allows us to have family time. Please call ahead to discuss your needs.

Prior to boarding and daycare, each pet will have a temperment test. This allows us to see how your "fur-kid" will interact in an open environment. We also require 1-2 "pre-board daycare" visits. This allows your "fur-kid" to become familiar with us prior to staying overnight. This reduces seperation anxiety and allows your pet to be more comfortable during their stay.
Health records: All guests need to have complete up-to-date vaccination records. These include but not limited to Rabies, DHLPP, & Bordatella (canine cough). A recent titer will also be accepted. All guests must have an up-to-date health and information questionairre on file. We will also care for your special needs or geriatric pet. We will give medications as directed, but please provide the prescription medications in the orginial bottle. We ask that you provide your own food which we feed at no extra charge. This helps keep down any digestive issues. If you choose to have us feed, there will be a small charge per meal.
